Completing the steps below speeds up interactions with us, so we can work together to support customers as soon as possible.

In order to discuss any customer matter with any third party, the minimum requirement is a completed Third Party Authority Form or equivalent authorisation signed by the customer. This can be emailed to hardship@cfmg.com.au.

In order to allow maximum flexibility on repayment terms we require a completed Statement of Financial Position and relevant supporting documentation.
