ECOLL has transparent, flat commission rates with a no collection, no commission guarantee

iMS operates a similar fee structure to ECOLL; due to the unique nature of the portfolios we customise pricing based on the nature of the accounts, volumes and your specific requirements

Please contact our Sales Team or speak to your existing Customer Service Representative for more information. We look forward to an opportunity to craft a specific proposal for your needs.

Do you offer reduced rates for large account volumes?

We are able to negotiate reduced rates for larger volumes and/or longer term service engagements. Please contact our Sales Team to discuss your specific portfolio and requirements.

This means that we have the full, completely in-house, capability to manage your overdue accounts no matter what avenue is required to recover the funds.

All 3 companies within the Group are entirely Australian owned and operated, and are responsible for 100% of the service offering that is our claim.
